After you send us your answers to the Free Assessment Questionnaire we analyse your profile and send you our recommendations.

If you wish to retain us to represent you, we send you a contract which you must sign and return to us together with a retainer.

The contract with specifies, among other things :

The scope and schedule of our services
Our commitments to you, our client
The protection you benefit from doing business with us
The fees, payment terms and conditions
Our Refund Policy
Your recourses in case of a disagreement with siminca

All contracts are written in either one of Canada's official languages, French or English.
