Client's Payments

Client fills in and sends the free online assessment questionnaire

Siminca sends its recommendations to client

Client retains the services of Siminca:

1. Signature of contract
2. Payment of retainer

Siminca gives client an electronic package containing forms, instructions and a request for documents to be sent by client to Siminca

Client transmits online information requested by siminca

Siminca fills out the appropriate government forms and sends them electronically to client for validation

Client:

1. Prints and signs government forms sent by Siminca
2. Joins any supporting document not already sent to siminca
3. Sends to siminca by courrier service

Siminca :

1. Ensures completeness and conformity with immigration requirements
2. Prepares cover letter to be sent to immigration services
3. After letter approved by client, siminca sends complete application file to appropriate immigration office
4. Copy sent to client

Siminca informs client of processing progress and of any request for additional documents or information by immigration services

TWO OPTIONS ARE POSSIBLE

OPTION A- If client is destined for a province other than Quebec:

Canada's visa bureau accepts client's application (interview waived) or invites client for interview. If an interview is required Siminca prepares client.

Client:

1. Undergoes Canada mandated medical examinations
2. Attends interview if required to

Once accepted, client sends passport to visa bureau. Passport will be returned together with permanent resident visa.

OPTION B- If client is destined for Quebec:

Quebec 's immigration service accepts client's application (interview waived) or invites client for interview. If an interview is required Siminca prepares client.

1. Client attends interview
2. Upon successful application, client is grante a Certificat de Sélection du Québec

Siminca fills out and sends to client the forms required by Canada's visa bureau.

Client :

1. Undergoes Canada mandated medical examinations
2. Validates and signs forms received from siminca
3. sends to Siminca all signed forms and any document requested

Siminca ensures completeness and conformity with visa requirements, prepares application file, sends it to visa bureau (copy to client), and informs client of processing progress.

Once accepted, client must send passport to visa bureau. Passport will be returned with permanent resident visa.
